3. Purchases and refunds

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change. Refunds follow our policy described in the FAQ and at checkout: full refund within 7 days if you have not completed more than 20% of the course; otherwise, prorated credit may apply.

4. License and access

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access course materials for your own learning. Unless explicitly permitted, you may not copy, redistribute, or resell materials.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not upload harmful code, scrape content, or disrupt service.
• Respect intellectual property and community guidelines.
• Use AI responsibly; avoid violating applicable laws or rights.

6. Disclaimers

Courses and content are provided “as is.” We do not make guarantees about career outcomes, income, or specific results. Your progress depends on your effort and context.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VividCanopy AI and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
